Camp is 3 months away. But our Potato Lunch is only 12 days away! We do this lunch each year to help offset the cost for those who help with the lunch. And we are going to try something different this year.
In the past we've had a physical sign up sheet for kids to sign up to bring supplies to offset the cost. This year, we are giving SignUpGenius a shot for this. Please go to tbck.org/potato if your student is signed up. I'll be sending another email this week with more information and the link, but don't wait.
If your student isn't signed up, now is the best time because the lunch will help offset the cost. Camp is a phenomenal opportunity to grow closer to God, but to also get connected with other students. I can't say this enough: camp helps build connections that last beyond camp. One week of camp is worth a semester of weekly programs, if not more!
Also, whether you're tied to camp or not, we are having a Family lunch on May 5 at Noon. I'm going to be present a workplace assessment called Working Genius. I've found it to be interesting at work, but also see some benefits of it for our relationships with spouses, with kids, and with each other. I hope you'll make plans to join us! RSVP by Noon on May 2 so we can have enough food (we always order extra in case you forget, though).

We are spending this next week working on our testimonies. Have you shared with your kids how you came to know Christ? Do you know how your parents came to know Christ? Take some to time to share!
